    1 restart = a warning
    2 restarts = loss of 5 Scholarships
    3 restarts = loss of 5 Scolarships for 3 seasons and a post season bowl ban aka ill sim youre bowl game or auto pilet if its vs a user
    4 restarts = kicked from the dynasty
