Georgia Tech had a solid outing against the Tar Heels Saturday, winning their first ACC match-up decisively. Tevin Washington has another outstanding performance, going 7-15 with 128 yards and 2 touchdowns through the air. Washington added 161 yards rushing and 2 more touchdowns. Wing-back Roddy Jones added 49 yards and 2 touchdowns. Receivers Tyler Melton and Stephen Hill each had a touchdown reception.

Rashaad Reid led the team once again in tackles, recording 8 for the game. Louis Young had the only interception.
